| After 12 years of experience in my previous role as Publisher at the Future Science Group, where I launched and managed a portfolio of 50+ journals including the Medline-indexed Regenerative Medicine (Impact Factor 3.52) and Nanomedicine (IF: 5.82), I founded BioInsights with the vision of publishing high-quality research and commentary in areas of bioscience that offer true potential to revolutionize modern healthcare. Over the years I have developed specialist knowledge in the fields of cell and gene therapy, vaccines, personalized medicine and brought my passion for these fields into the conception, launch and development of our widely respected publications serving these communities. | |

| Nicola has been working in the life sciences sector for 25 years. She was the Founder & CEO of specialist pharma and biotech conference organiser, Phacilitate, from 2001 to 2012, launching and managing conferences and exhibitions across Europe, North America and Asia. At BioInsights Publishing Nicola works with our clients to deliver content marketing, lead generation and promotional solutions. | |

| Karen is our Editorial Director, working closely with our clients to help better communicate their services and products. She is also our lead designer, developing our distinctive style for all BioInsights publications and websites. Karen specialises in biomedical science design, with over 20 years experience in bio-sciences, starting her career as a pharmaceutical research scientist. She is also the founder and director of Graphically Ltd, providing biomedical design and illustration services to many clients, ranging from cutting-edge biotech startups to big pharma. | |

| After completing a master’s degree in medical genetics at the University of Glasgow, Róisin joined Texere Publishing as an Associate Editor in order to combine her love of science with her love of writing. After 5 years working in magazines and covering topics including ophthalmology, pathology, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, she made the move to journal publishing and joined the team at BioInsights. In her role as Editor, she works with authors to communicate the latest research, ideas and opinions in the exciting and fast-paced field of immuno-oncology. | |
